What sand do you use?
I've tried many sands from Piha black sand, local beach sand - and what worked best was - sandpit sand from Mitre10. It's fine - and you just need to dry it out or put into oven then sift it out a little to get rid of any small stones.
What size is best?
That is relative to your class size, resources available etc.
How long does it take you to do a piece?
Can you do pre-recorded art?
Do you do online presentations?
